We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

For premium features, you agree to:

• Processing time limits based on your plan
• Storage duration: 30 days for processed videos

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content will be 100% accurate

• All defects or errors will be corrected

You use the Service at your own risk. We recommend reviewing all AI-generated content before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

VidioPintar and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or content
• Business interruption
• Costs of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• By you: Cancel your account at any time through account settings
• By us: For any violation of these Terms with or without notice
• Automatically: If your account remains inactive for 12 months

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your content after 30 days of account termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
